All journal entries, notes, and data you create in the app ("Your Content") remain yours. You retain full ownership of your personal content.
By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
The app supports Face ID and Touch ID as optional authentication methods. By enabling this feature, you authorize your device to use Apple's biometric authentication system to unlock access to your account. We do not collect, store, or process any biometric data. All biometric verification occurs locally on your device and is managed solely by Apple.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, design, trademarks, and technology within Your Date Story — excluding Your Content — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.
Your Date Story is available as a free application. Certain premium features may be available through optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the platform's (Apple App Store / Google Play) refund policies.
Your Date Story is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content you create or store within the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Date Story and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of privacy, or emotional distress.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or to the integrity of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
